About Dr. Ramiro Izcaza
Dr. Icaza has been practicing medicine since 1984. He received his Bachelor of Science from Arkansas State University and his Master of Science from Southeast Missouri State University. He then went to medical school in Mexico before completing his residency at the Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Becoming a doctor has been a lifelong goal of Dr. Icaza after he witnessed his older sister involved in an accident when she was four years old. Ever since, he has wanted to help others. Dr. Icaza has received a number of accolades from the medical profession throughout the years, including the America’s Top Doctor Award 2007-2008, and being a Diplomate from the American Board of Family Practice in 2016.
When he is not wearing his lab coat, Dr. Icaza enjoys spending time with his wife, Dianne, and their four children, Jennifer, Patrick, Chrissie, and Leigh Anne.
About Dr. Anthony Keele
Dr. Keele graduated from medical school at the University of Missouri, Columbia. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at SIU in Springfield, Illinois. In addition to his medical education, Dr. Keele also holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. He has been practicing medicine since 1999 and became a doctor out of a strong interest for science and mathematics, and a desire to help other people.
Dr. Keele has been married to his wife, Angela, since 1994 and they have three children together. When he is not practicing medicine, Dr. Keele enjoys riding motorcycles, hunting and operating heavy equipment.
About Rebecca Schulz, FNP
Rebecca Schulz comes from St. Louis, Missouri, and has been a nurse since 2010, when she graduated from the nursing program at Southeast Missouri State University and received her registered nurse certification. In 2014, she received her MSN and her Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Certification. Since then, Rebecca has pursued her lifelong goal of promoting a healthy lifestyle to her patients.
When she is not wearing her nurse hat, Rebecca enjoys being with her husband and their family. She also likes reading and outdoor activities.
About Dr. Sandra Bollinger, Pharm D., FASCP, CGP, CDE, CPT CFts
Dr. Bollinger is a Southeast Missouri native. She received her BSPharm from the University of Missouri in Kansas City School of Pharmacy in 1984 and her Pharm.D. from Creighton University in 2000. She holds adjunct faculty positions for UMKC School of Pharmacy, St. Louis College of Pharmacy and Creighton University. She holds the position of Provider Outreach Coordinator for the State of Missouri’s CyberAccess web-based provider program. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator and is Board Certified in Geriatric Pharmacy. She has held various level positions in pharmacy including retail, hospital, long-term care and government healthcare.
She is a well-recognized speaker in the areas of diabetes, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), transitions of care, motivational interviewing and preventive health, both academically and professionally, at the local, state and national level. Bollinger has received numerous awards and recognitions for innovative pharmacy practice, leadership, achievements and making a difference to the pharmacy profession. She was also a 2014 Zonta Woman of Achievement Nominee.
She has served by Gubernatorial appointment on the State of Missouri Drug Utilization Review Board since 2000. She is Past-President of the Missouri Pharmacy Association and President of the Cape Girardeau County Pharmacy Association. She is serving as a 2016 – 2018 Executive Committee Member-at-Large for the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) Academy of Pharmacy Practice and Management (APhA-APPM). She has served as the Chairperson on the Commission for Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy Examination Writing Committee and as the inaugural Vice-Chair of American Society of Health System Pharmaacist’s Sectional Advisory Group- MTM in the Community.
She is a registered pharmacist in the states of Missouri and Kansas.
About Lisa Baker, FNP
Lisa graduated from Saint Louis University in 2012 and became board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) by The American Association of Nurse Practitioners. As a FNP-C, Lisa has provided primary medical care services to patients of all ages; she is a recognized SAFE-CARE Provider for Missouri children and is on the SAFE-CARE Advisory Council; and she has provided care for a wide array of patients in an Emergency Department setting.
Lisa began her nursing career as a Registered Nurse in 1997 as a graduate from Southeast Missouri State University as well as furthering her education as a graduate from The University of Missouri – Columbia in 2007. As a Registered Nurse, Lisa has cared for a wide variety of patients including those in Neonatal Intensive Care, Adult Intensive Care, Emergency Nursing and Trauma Care as well as being internationally certified as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner for all ages.
Lisa is a life-long resident of Southeast Missouri and enjoys the rural lifestyle with her family. Lisa has many interests which include reading, volunteering for medical missions and other outreach services, spending time with family and friends, and she enjoys the privilege of being a foster parent.
